You need to find the tools and wherewithal to help you to focus on one WIG (Wildly Important Goal) so you can gain ground on it. 15%-20% of your time protected and dedicated to moving the needle on the one specific goal. And 80%-85% dedicated to the daily grind and the whirlwind it makes.
