Hard to jump a chasm in two leaps...
The well understood point A, and the well understood point B are where most people agree. The adept are able to understand how to get from A to B, whereas most struggle with the gap between the points. How does one embrace the gaps, let them exist and encourage them, appreciate them?
For example- Rome to Berlin. You can train, bus, drive, hitchhike, etc.
Most often the journey, the memories, the joy, is in the gap. Getting to the destination is a piece of it- but the journey is where the experience happens.
Same with moving a company culture. Same with this OMP. Same with getting old. It is in the gap that we learn.
Fall, standup, make a mistake, learn, grown, fall again, push, learn, question, repeat.
