There are many supports as you go through the RRU MBA. Likely in every MBA. We just have to ask and seek them out and use them.
My last call was very helpful, speaking with Trish, a coach for the teams we are assigned to in our program.
As a leader, what do I want? We impact change so what change do I want to influence? We can see the pattern around us. Is the pattern of our leadership what we want? Do we step back? Do we step forward? Do we tolerate or not tolerate?
There is a lot of layers to this thought. Observe, note, think, reflect, and then see if the patterns you are in support what you want. If yes, go forth, and if not, change.
