Consulting in Human Resources Services
I previously provided consulting services in Compensation and Total Rewards Remuneration. Currently the MBA studies, twin boys, marathon running and my work at the Department of Energy take up most of my time, and the rest my loving wife uses for things like 'chores'.
My goal is to link total reward strategies to the company's business plan and to the corporate strategy, and then use metrics to quantify the savings. Together with my clients, we can illustrate to senior managers the benefits and ROI of tools like Predictive Index, One Smart World, Toastmasters, the United Way, environmental stewardship and Junior Achievement, to name a few.
Using systems thinking, analytics, and total rewards remuneration, I work with my clients towards a completing an understanding- defined roles, proper employees, and pay for performance. I will pick up full time consulting in a few years when I retire from the Government of Alberta.
